Kinesiology

Kinesiology is a method of healthcare that creates harmony of the body, mind and spirit. It uses a system of muscle testing to identify areas of the body not functioning, as they should. Any problems so identified, are treated with acupressure (finger pressure on acupuncture points), and gentle spinal adjustments, massage of neuro vascular and neuro lymphatic points along with dietary advice and the use of nutritional supplementation.
Kinesiology incorporates many techniques drawn from Chinese medicine, which combined with Western practices makes for a very powerful therapy.

Food tests are utilised to establish if there is any sensitivity to various food groups, after which, nutritional alternatives and supplement advice is given tailored to the individual and to their needs.

Acupuncture

Acupuncture is one of the oldest medicines on the planet and is one part of Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM), which also includes Chinese herbal medicine and Tuina, a form of massage.
Acupuncture is the insertion of very fine needles into the skin on specific points all over the body. In recent years acupuncture has been extensively studied and time and again research has proven its effectiveness for a myriad of conditions and difficult to resolve medical problems, such as pain, including rheumatic and arthritic pain, and migraine; infertility, menstrual and menopausal problems; acne ,rashes and other skin conditions such as eczema and psoriasis; breathing issues such as allergic rhinitis, snoring, asthma,and bronchitis; joint problems such as frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel syndrome, tennis elbow; circulatory problems such as Raynauld’s disease, and emotional problems including the ubiquitous stress. The list is extensive.

Matrix Reimprinting

Matrix Reimprinting is part of the new and emerging world of energy medicine, it is a personal development technique which can dramatically improve health and well-being.
It was developed from EFT and advances it to include new ways of accessing blocked memories and as such is very beneficial in the treatment of trauma, seeking out the “frozen” part of the body that may be permanently stuck in the trauma.

Emotional Freedom Technique

EFT was developed by Stanford educated engineer Gary Craig who developed a simple and effective process of tapping on meridian points combined with affirmation statements to eliminate negative energy and beliefs held in the body’s energy system.
EFT aims to rid the body of stored negative emotions which cause a disruption in the energy patterns. EFT works on the emotional body, which will obviously have a great benefit t the physical body. Most practitioners get to understand that there are few physical conditions that do not have an emotional cause. EFT will help find this and usually help therefore with the physical problem.

EFT has been described as psychological acupuncture, as it uses the same energy meridians used in traditional acupuncture to treat physical and emotional ailments, but without the invasiveness of needles.

Instead, simple tapping with the fingertips inputs kinetic energy onto specific meridians on the body, while tuned into a specific problem – whether it is a traumatic event, an addiction, pain or anxiety. The individual is encouraged to bring to mid certain mental pictures and to make some verbal statements. Tapping on these issues will often change the emotional current behind the problem, releasing layers of tension, pain and trauma, very quickly and easily. This therapy can often negate the need for years of expensive, time consuming and traumatic therapy.

The technique is very simple, easy to learn and can be subsequently practised by the client on their own time. It can be used for just about any problem it is ideal for resolving many daily problems;

It can also be used to treat more serious issues such as sexual and other forms of abuse.
